01 — Why Feed Mandi
Feed is bought every week. It should be easy.
A dairy farmer buys feed again and again — usually from whichever shop is nearest, at whatever price is on the day, carried home however they can manage.
Feed Mandi brings local feed shops, distributors and company warehouses online. The farmer sees who delivers to their address, compares products and brands, orders in their own language and pays when the feed arrives.
For sellers, it is a real digital business: a storefront, an order desk, riders, delivery rules and reports — in one app.

Customer Ordering
Farmers browse categories, compare products and order from their phone, picking a delivery date and a morning, afternoon or evening slot.
Doorstep Delivery
Feed comes to the farm, and customers pay cash on delivery. Delivery charges and free-delivery rules are shown before the order is placed.
Nearby Sellers
Only verified shops and warehouses that deliver to your address are shown, sorted by distance, price or newest.
Multiple Feed Brands
Products from many brands and manufacturers side by side, each with pack size, price, stock and a guaranteed-analysis panel.
Hub Management
Feed Mandi hubs act as warehouses. They run promotions and Village Van routes, and can deliver orders for other sellers.
Delivery Partners
Riders get jobs, navigate, collect payment on delivery and capture a photo or signature as proof. GPS is shared live, and it keeps working even when the network drops.
Bulk Orders
A wholesale market where buyers send enquiries on bulk listings and sellers reply with quotes, from first message to confirmed deal.

05 — Built for the last mile
The hard part of feed is getting it there.
Most of Feed Mandi's engineering lives behind the storefront — in dispatch, riders, cash and reconciliation.
Dispatch that fits the load
Orders are grouped into multi-stop loads, with the smallest suitable vehicle recommended — two-wheeler, three-wheeler, mini truck, pickup or van.
Works when the signal drops
Rider updates are queued on the phone and synced when the network returns, so village deliveries don't get lost.
Proof of delivery
A photo and an on-screen signature at the farm gate, with cash collected on delivery recorded against the order.
Rules each seller controls
Minimum order, free-delivery thresholds, delivery radius and distance-based charges and discounts are set by each shop or hub.
Staff with permissions
Owners add managers, staff and riders, each with only the access they need.
Reports that reconcile
Orders, sales, delivery and collection reports, with rider cash hand-overs and settlements tracked through to the end.
